If your suitcase becomes defective or damaged within the warranty period, you can invoke the warranty by following the next steps:
- Complete the warranty form here. Please attach as many photos as possible. The more photos we receive (preferably in high resolution), the better and faster we can assess whether the defect is covered by our warranty.
- After receiving the filled in warranty form, we will respond within 24 hours. Often, based on the attached photos, we can properly assess the situation and immediately offer a solution. However, if it is not possible, we will ask you to send your product back. If this is the case, you will receive an e-mail with a free shipping label. The e-mail also contains detailed information about packing and shipping your product.
- After receiving the product, we will reply within 24 hours with our conclusion whether the defect is covered by the warranty and, if so, with a solution offered.
To claim the warranty successfully, you must provide us with a copy of the purchase invoice.
