In some occasions, we cannot always ship the whole order altogether. For example, when some ordered items are out of stock. Log in your account, there you can see if we have sent everything at the same time.
Step 1. Check whether your order is sent in few shipments.
We may have shipped your order in several packages. In this case, you receive a notification by e-mail. Therefore, please check your e-mail to see if some ordered items will be delivered separately.
If your order has been sent in parts, you can see on the packing slip which items are in which shipments. Please carefully check the packing slip received with each package to see if you have received all items.

If some items from your order are missing, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
