When the first delivery attempt fails, you receive a note into your mailbox as well as an e-mail with a link to schedule a new delivery attempt or indicate a new delivery address. You can schedule a new delivery attempt until midnight the same day your initial delivery was planned. Follow the instructions in the DHL e-mail. If you do not take any action, the next day your package will be automatically sent for delivery to the nearest DHL Service Point (for an overview of these service points, click here: https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/dhl-servicepoints). Your package will be kept here for a maximum of seven days. After the third day, you will receive a reminder from DHL. After seven days the package will be returned to SUITSUIT.
